What is your best memory working in sustainability at Harvard?
“I loved organizing a step challenge across sections for the entire Required Curriculum (RC) as a part of our energy consumption campaign. It had such amazing participation and energy from the entire HBS RC community and the sections were so close in competition with each other—it was down to the last day before we could crown the winner! Allowing people to participate in sustainability initiatives around us in such a fun and engaging manager was an extremely rewarding experience.”
What other sustainability-related experiences did you have on campus or beyond during your time at Harvard?
“I took climate-related classes in the Elective Curriculum (EC) year as a great continuation of exploring my interests in the energy and clean tech space. Participating in energy club’s treks in the Bay Area, exploring battery and energy storage start-ups, and visiting carbon capture and geothermal plants in Iceland were also amazing experiences.”
What are your plans moving forward?
“I am going to McKinsey and looking to engage myself in more energy transition projects and non-profits. I am also looking forward to seeing how I can be involved in deep tech companies longer-term in my career.”
