SHINE Summit 2023 will address how the meaning and metrics of work have been forever changed, and how this provides an opportunity to rethink the humanity of work and the measurement of business success. Together we will develop new ways to think about performance, productivity, and the humanity of work to create more humane and sustainable business measurement tools.
Students and Harvard alumni are welcome to join us on October 4th from 6 - 8PM to hear from Evan Gordon Greenfield and Rajesh Swaminathan on Impact Investing and Deep Tech Start-Ups. Evan Gordon Greenfield oversees British Columbia Investment Management's ESG program for its Private Equity asset class. Rajesh Swaminathan is Partner at Khosla Ventures. Rajesh has two decades of experience assisting and investing in deep tech startups. Each Careers in Climate Action Speaker Series event will include one hour of Q&A with the speaker followed by a dinner reception.
Join Dr. Pablo Borboroglu, the 2023 Indianapolis Prize Winner for animal conservation, as he recounts his lifelong journey to save penguins. Dr. Borboroglu will highlight the challenges of conservation work, from protecting 32 million acres of ocean and coastal habitat to cofounding the Global Penguin Society, an international conservation coalition for the world’s penguin species. Hear about the risks and rewards he has experienced while trying to save penguins in some of nature’s wildest places.
