Seamus Bann is graduating from Harvard School of Business in May 2025 with his Master of Business Administration (MBA) focusing on the intersection of business and sustainability. During his time at Harvard, Seamus became involved in campus sustainability initiatives and programs, including the Office for Sustainability’s Student Sustainability Associates (SSA). What is your best memory working in sustainability at Harvard?

“I will simply just always hold close to my heart the opportunities Harvard granted me to meet fellow MBAs passionate about sustainability!”

What other sustainability-related experiences did you have on campus or beyond during your time at Harvard?

“I had some really exciting doors open during my time at Harvard to learn more about sustainability. For instance, I learned more about emerging approaches to sustainable urban development in my courses, including the ‘Cities, Structures and Climate Shocks’ course with HBS Senior Lecturer and Chair of the HBS Africa Research Center John D. Macomber, and the ‘Real Property’ course with Associate Professor Boris Vallée.”
