Zach Berg

Zach is a first-year student at Harvard College planning to concentrate in Government and History. Originally in New York City, Zach developed a strong passion for environmental justice during his time as a high school debater. In high school, he helped write a policy document on the environmental implications of fast fashion with policy recommendations to members of the British Parliament and conducted research on the environmental implications of small modular reactors.  Zach is particularly interested in environmental justice and the ways in which the climate crisis intersects with other social issues. He could not be more excited to be a part of CSSL and make Harvard and the world a more green place.
