Pramey Roy

An engineer by background, Pramey worked in the O&G industry for several years, in some of the remotest parts of the world. Witnessing the environment and nature deteriorate in less than half of his lifetime changed something within him. He made the decision to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School to combat the climate crisis and contribute towards the energy transition. He wishes to collaborate with energy firms to achieve net-zero goals and develop strategies to offset scope 3 emissions. In the medium term, his vision as an energy leader is to steer the industry away from greenwashing by innovating, commercializing, and advocating for technologies that measurably improve the cleanliness of energy sources and make decarbonization more cost-effective.
