Maya Elia

Maya Elia is pursuing her Master’s Degree of Sustainability through the Harvard Extension School. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, where she studied Business and Enterprise Management with a concentration in Sustainable Consulting. She currently works on the Corporate Sustainability team at KPMG, supporting the firm’s decarbonization and environmental initiatives.

Maya’s passion for the natural environment has led her to a career and higher degree in the field. She is particularly interested in decarbonization, biodiversity, and sustainable food systems. Through her academic and professional work, she strives to encourage youth involvement in sustainability. She looks forward to collaborating with peers through CSSL and making a positive difference in the community!
