Sustainability Manager

Lauren joined the Office for Sustainability in 2015 and has since held multiple roles in the department. In her current capacity as a Sustainability Manager, she works on strategic University-wide sustainability initiatives, including the Harvard Presidential Committee on Sustainability, Scope 3 GHG emissions, climate action planning, and sustainable food. Prior to the Office for Sustainability, Lauren worked at the Harvard Kennedy School Sustainability Science Program and Geopolitics of Energy Project.  Lauren holds a master’s of science from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, where she blended interdisciplinary coursework and skillsets in food systems, economics and policy analysis, public health, and behavior change. In her free time, Lauren enjoys adventures with her very cute, very opinioned dog Cheddar.
