Assistant Director of Design for Health and Sustainability

Kerry Farr is the Assistant Director of Design for Health and Sustainability at the Harvard Business School. Kerry holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Suffolk University’s School of Art and Design and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She has more than a decade of residential and commercial interiors experience and uses her expertise to guide project teams of all sizes towards healthier, sustainable material options.

Kerry selected the furnishings for HBS’ first Healthier Hospitals Initiative project. From there, a deeper interest in health and sustainability as it relates to the built environment led her to her current role. She is excited to be working with Harvard University on the leading edge of addressing chemicals of concern. When she is not spreading the belief that thoughtful, high-quality design can benefit the greater good, Kerry is relaxing with her husband and three kids in Jamaica Plain.
