Erik Wang is a senior in Winthrop House, studying physics and computer science. He is especially interested in the intersection of AI and climate and ultimately hopes to use machine learning to improve sustainability. His academic work has primarily focused on applying computational methods to different problems in science. Outside of his research, he helps run the AI Group at Harvard and is part of the Varsity Squash program. Erik grew up along the East Coast, where he enjoys spending time outdoors and developed a tolerance for cold weather.
