Managed by the Harvard Office for Sustainability, the Council of Sustainability Leaders (CSSL) comprises Harvard graduate and undergraduate students who lead and are involved in sustainability-related student groups on campus.
CSSL provides an opportunity for Harvard students to work together with other students from across the University’s Schools on sustainability projects, to connect and network with sustainability leaders (including faculty, and administration), and to provide feedback and recommendations on Harvard’s sustainability initiatives.
Expectations: Attend weekly meetings and periodic dinners, work on collaborative projects, and give feedback on sustainability initiatives throughout the year.
Information Session: RSVP here for the 2025 CSSL Info Session on Thursday, September 4 @ 5:30-6:30pm (a Zoom link will be sent ahead of time). For anyone who cannot attend, the recording will be shared on sustainable.harvard.edu/cssl on September 5.
Note that you must attend or watch the recording from a CSSL Info Session before applying.
Here are the application questions, so you can start planning your responses.
