Shanice Lam

Shanice Lam is a Masters of Architecture in Urban Design student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she continues to deepen her expertise in sustainable architecture and urban design. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, Shanice brings a rich architectural and energy design background from her previous role at West Work. There, she focused on building decarbonization, energy simulations, construction details, and creating the company’s Sustainability Action Plan. Shanice is a Certified Passive House Consultant and has been recognized with the Payette Prize for Building Science, the David Lewis Community Engagement Award, and a Harvard GSD Real Estate Grant. Passionate about living a low-footprint lifestyle, Shanice aspires to combine her commitment to sustainability with her interests affordability and health.
