Phoebe Fu

Phoebe is an MPP candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School, with an orientation towards energy. She focuses on the intersection of translating complex engineering constraints to policy and business implementation. She previously worked with Fortune 500 companies and a diverse range of stakeholders on salient climate issues, combining the lenses of human, nature, and climate.
