Luke Samra is a Sophomore in Pforzheimer House at Harvard College studying Economics & Music. Originally from Penarth, Wales, Luke is passionate about advancing environmental sustainability with a focus on ocean health and marine conservation. He is involved with the Harvard Clean Energy Group (HUCEG) and Harvard UNICEF, where he works to promote climate awareness and sustainability-driven initiatives on campus.

Luke is currently engaged in sustainability research and advocacy through a United Nations Academic Impact Fellowship, exploring community-centered approaches to conservation and environmental resilience. He is particularly interested in the intersection of sustainable development, climate justice, and the protection of vulnerable ecosystems. 

Committed to collaborative leadership and long-term impact, Luke hopes to contribute to innovative solutions that strengthen environmental stewardship at both local and global levels.
