Loann Marquant

Loann Marquant is a second year Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, Belfer Young Leader Student Fellow, Fulbright Fellow, and Teaching Fellow in climate science and policy at Harvard College. His research interests include climate change policy, the energy transition, and international relations.

Previously, Loann served as a policy adviser at the European Union Delegation to the UN in New York, where he focused on sustainable development and negotiated UN resolutions on industrial policies and cooperation. Loann also worked at the International Energy Agency, on clean technology innovation, and was selected as a Youth Climate Voice, by the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. In this role, he researched scientific and geopolitical challenges of solar geoengineering, and spoke at climate conferences, including NYC Climate Week. Loann holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France.
