Dany Zapata Rincon

Dany is a Molecular & Cellular Biology concentrator at the College born in Colombia and raised in Sydney, Australia. Dany is interested in environmental applications of synthetic and molecular biology, which is what her thesis is focusing on. She is a strong believer that small changes in one’s sustainable habits can have an impact, and loves playing water polo, hiking and watching tv shows with her roommates.
