Take action on Earth Day and join your Harvard community members and friends for a Charles River Clean-up on Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm! The Charles River Conservancy will be providing a brief education on the local watershed and provide tools and training for the morning.
Schools and departments across the University are partnering with the Charles River Conservancy for a morning of cleaning up trash, microplastics, and debris to support a cleaner, healthier Charles River. The CRC will provide a brief education on the local river watershed and provide tools and training. All Harvard community members and their family and friends are welcome to participate! Due to event popularity, we will have a waitlist and notify all those who sign up after max capacity if they are able to join.
This event is hosted by the Harvard Kennedy School Campus Planning and Operations team, the HKS Green Team, with support from the Harvard Office for Sustainability, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Recycling.
