Council of Student Sustainability Leaders
HKS
I am a Mid-Career Masters in Public Administration student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Registered Professional Archaeologist. I have spent the last four years working as an archaeologist in Louisiana, working on State and Federal projects, Section 106 compliance, and leading archaeological surveys across the country. While my past research has focused on the ancient cult of Asclepius, my current ambitions are now more philanthropic. While at Harvard, I will be seeking to start an archaeological nonprofit tailored to assist, benefit, and advocate for marginalized groups. As a member of the Council of Student Sustainability Leaders, I will contribute to the broader narrative of institutional sustainability, as well as cultural resource sustainability. I am also a member of the Rowing Club at Harvard Griffin GSAS, a member of the Graduate Student Leadership Forum, a volunteer guidance counselor for high school students, a Tillman Scholar, open-water diver, and avid baker. I enjoy traveling the world with his husband (Raymond) and spending time with my two cats, Sergeant Boots and Marilyn Monroe.
