Eva Savin

Eva is an MPA candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and a Fulbright Schuman Fellow from Germany. As an experienced team leader, passionate about developing people around her, she specializes in energy transition, climate policy, and tech innovations, as well as European-American cooperation.

Eva led several public policy programs, securing impact while navigating the complexities of multi-stakeholder partnerships. She has managed high-performing teams and overseen global capacity-building initiatives in collaboration with governmental and international organizations, focusing on strengthening democracy, sustainable development, public sector innovation, and promoting women in leadership.

Her Fulbright research focuses on policies that reduce carbon emissions by fostering competitive green industries through cutting-edge technologies, such as smart power grids and battery design and manufacturing. Within this project, Eva aims to foster strategic partnerships between US-EU energy firms and startups.

Eva also actively promotes social equity through volunteer work supporting refugees and immigrants. In addition to her interest in energy transition and climate tech, Eva closely follows new trends in AI, leadership development, negotiations, and behavioral science.
