Bruce Xie

Bruce is a first-year Master in Design Studies student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, pursuing the Ecologies track. Originally from China, he brings a deep passion for regenerative design and environmental innovation, cultivated through both academic research and hands-on projects. Before graduate school, he studied industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design and co-founded a sustainability-focused startup, leading efforts to design shared-station systems that reduce single-use waste. Bruce is excited to join CSSL and contribute to a more sustainable Harvard and beyond.
